Ron Paul Super PAC Unveils Poll Watching Mobile Application

Full-scale effort to be deployed for Arizona and Michigan primaries, announces Revolution PAC.

Chicago, IL – February 20, 2012 – In the face of mounting evidence of voter suppression and election fraud, Revolution PAC is formally launching a groundbreaking exit polling initiative in time for the February 28 Republican presidential primaries in Arizona and Michigan. The first-of-its-kind grassroots effort also will include the deployment of a private-label smartphone application.

The application – codenamed “PollWatcher 1.0” – is currently only available for Google’s Android operating system and was built from the ground up with an easy-to-use interface. PollWatcher 1.0 will allow Revolution PAC’s boots on the ground to conduct an efficient exit polling initiative as a means to crosscheck the accuracy of state GOP parties’ vote totals, which were problematic in Iowa, Nevada and Maine.

“This tool enables the grassroots revolution to compete with the establishment media like never before,” explains Gary Franchi, Revolution PAC chair. “Their monopoly stranglehold on election results is finally broken.”

In addition, the app features access to a “reporter’s toolbox,” which provides one-click audio/video recording as well as the ability to post to Facebook or Twitter in real time. The application will be distributed to qualified volunteers for live field beta testing prior to the upcoming primaries.

Volunteers are being asked to join the effort at http://RevolutionPAC.com/Exit-Polling/.

Revolution PAC will broadcast the results in real time as part of its “Boycott the Mainstream Media” initiative, which will be streamed live throughout the day during the Arizona and Michigan primaries.

Revolution PAC is supporting U.S. Rep. Ron Paul’s bid for the Republican presidential nomination and his consistent, constitutional message with targeted TV advertising, direct mail campaigns, vote-watching initiatives and innovative Web promotions complemented by billboards and radio ads in key primary states. Unlimited donations by individuals, businesses and organizations are being accepted by Revolution PAC to support that effort.

The gloves are officially off. The corporate media’s blatant bias was laid thoroughly bare Saturday in reporting the results out of Maine. Not only did they preempt the final caucuses – those that Ron Paul happened to be winning – but they cut Dr. Paul’s feed as he attempted explain that fact.

Despite these shenanigans, Ron Paul achieved a virtual tie in the Maine presidential preference poll and expects to win the majority of delegates when the state shakes out. Liberty absolutely cannot be contained!

We are prevailing, but with few establishment allies, ultimate success depends more than ever on our natural competitive advantage – ALL.OF.YOU. A tireless grassroots can and will take Ron Paul and the freedom message to Tampa and beyond, if we amp up our activity IMMEDIATELY . . .

Revolution PAC will supercharge this movement Saturday, February 25 with our RON PAUL POWERCAST – Marathon for a Million!

Join us as grassroots activists and freedom celebrities converge for a 12-hour broadcast to energize, educate and activate. Hear from special guests John Dennis, Stewart Rhodes, Ben Swann and many, many more from across the country who will share their experiences and provide helpful hints for advancing the cause, and winning, in 2012.

Adding to the excitement, RevPAC has set a 24-hour fundraising goal of $1 million to fund advertisements in key Super Tuesday states March 6, our groundbreaking election integrity initiative and much more!

Tens of thousands tuned into Revolution PAC’s first three live election broadcasts. But, February 25 will be the day to blow all previous viewership records out of the water! Spread the word to friends, family and neighbors who support the message of liberty. (VIDEO) Revolution PAC at CPAC; Ron Paul the Elephant in the Room

ICYMI: Aaron Jones is at CPAC representing Revolution PAC to bring Ron Paul supporters across the nation independent, insider coverage about the factions within the conservative movement. Aaron reports that while there is of course the normal talk and posturing from the neocons there is something that no one is talking about. Ron Paul’s absence at CPAC is in many ways doing more to bring attention to the man and his ideals than his presence would. Aaron reports to the RevPac HQ that there are many subtle flirtations with ideas of auditing the Fed, returning to the gold standard, and the destruction of American civil liberties. Ron Paul and his ideas are the elephant in the room at CPAC this year as many supporters have come to show their support for liberty in this largely establishment stronghold. These Patriots are showing the “conservatives” attending that we are here to stay; that we will take the message of liberty where it is needed regardless of whether Dr. Paul is there. There is no doubt that Ron Paul’s ideals are influencing the conversation at CPAC this year and will continue to do so. No one defects from the cause of liberty once their minds have been awakened.

Watch the video for a surprise appearance by Ron Paul!

Ron Paul Winning the Battle for Delegates

Campaign is well-positioned in delegate race

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential campaign released the following statement regarding the results of yesterday’s election results. See comments below from Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Manager John Tate.

“We are thrilled with the yesterday’s results. Our campaign to Restore America continues to gain ground, and we are poised to pick up even more delegates from Minnesota and Colorado adding to our delegates in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada.

“As people across the country view the results of  yesterday’s contests, it is important to consider a few facts that have not been clearly reported.  Not one single delegate was awarded yesterday, instead the caucuses in Minnesota and Colorado were the very first step in the delegate selection process. And there are still over 40 states left to go. The Ron Paul campaign plans to continue to vie for delegates nationwide.

“There are a few significant takeaways from yesterday’s contests to remember:

1) The Missouri primary means nothing. It was a non-binding beauty contest, and the contest that matters in the ‘show me’ state won’t take place for another month. The Ron Paul campaign is well positioned to win delegates in Missouri’s caucus a month from now.

2) As in Iowa where not 1 of the 28 delegates has been awarded yet, in Colorado and Nevada the Paul campaign will do very well in the state delegate counts. We will have good numbers among the actual delegates awarded, far exceeding our straw poll numbers.

3) In Minnesota where we have finished a solid second, we also have a strong majority of the state convention delegates, and the process to elect delegates has also just begun, the Paul campaign is well-organized to win the bulk of delegates there.

“We are confident in gaining a much larger share of delegates than even our impressive showing yesterday indicates. As an example of our campaign’s delegate strength, take a look at what has occurred in Colorado:

In one precinct in Larimer County, the straw poll vote was 23 for Santorum, 13 for Paul, 5 for Romney, 2 for Gingrich.  There were 13 delegate slots, and Ron Paul got ALL 13.

In a precinct in Delta County the vote was 22 for Santorum, 12 for Romney, 8 for Paul, 7 for Gingrich. There were 5 delegate slots, and ALL 5 went to Ron Paul.

In a Pueblo County precinct, the vote was 16 for Santorum, 11 for Romney, 3 for Gingrich and 2 for Paul. There were 2 delegate slots filled, and both were filled by Ron Paul supporters.

We are also seeing the same trends in Minnesota, Nevada, and Iowa, and in Missouri as well.

“We may well win Minnesota, and do far better in Colorado than yesterday’s polls indicate.

“In the latest national poll from Reuters/Ipsos Poll, Ron Paul places a strong second with 21 percent, gaining ground on his main competitor nationally, Mitt Romney, whose support seems to be fading at 29 percent.  Congressman Paul’s support has grown by 5 percentage points nationally since January, while Romney has seen a 30 percent decline in his support since January.

“This poll follows a January 30th Gallup Poll showing Dr. Paul within the margin of error of defeating Obama.  Also, a January 16th CNN/ORC Poll showed Congressman Paul and Obama in a virtual tie in a general election showdown.

“Yesterday’s contests were significant, but not a decisive or a conclusive end to this race. Our campaign will keep pushing forward and continue to take our message of liberty all the way to the convention. This race after all is about delegates, not about beauty contests.”

Nevada Vote Count Smells Fishy

By Lisa

A note this morning from RevPAC Advisory Board member Murray Sabrin:

Although the Nevada caucuses ended last night, only 71% of precincts have reported.  This smells fishy.  With electronic voting, results should be tabulated in an hour or so.  Paper ballots may take two to three hours, but no more.  Our much heralded “democracy” is corrupt.  Voter fraud, undercounting and overcounting, is occurring.  According to one source, Romney got two votes in one Iowa precinct, but it was reported as 22.  Ron Paul’s votes in Iowa, according to other sources, may have been tampered with because some of the ballots were counted in a closed room by GOP state officials.  Maybe the UN should monitor our primaries and elections like they do in third world countries.

At any rate, no one is dropping out of the GOP presidential primary race.  Ron is campaigning relentlessly and his message of limited government at home and abroad is being embraced by more and more people.  Whether this is the year an anti-big government GOP presidential candidate gets the nomination remains to be seen.  In the meantime, Mitt, Newt and Rick are sounding more like Ron on domestic issues but continue to mouth the neocon message on foreign policy issues.  McCain, if the three have not noticed, lost badly four years ago.  So why the three pro-war candidates think that endless war will be embraced by the public in the November general election is a mystery.

Ron Paul Super PAC Maintains Media Boycott with Nevada Broadcast

Revolution PAC kicks off caucuses with third live election results show.

NORTHBROOK, IL – February 2, 2012 – Revolution PAC, backer of U.S. Rep. Ron Paul’s bid for the Republican presidential nomination, will kick off a week of critical contests Saturday with its third live election results show. The webcast, held in conjunction with the Nevada Caucuses, will begin at 6:00 p.m. CST and conclude following the announcement of the Clark County results, which is expected sometime after 9:30 p.m. CST.

Participate by logging onto www.revolutionpac.com.

In addition to real-time coverage of the Nevada contest, Saturday’s program – the third in RevPAC’s groundbreaking alternative news series – will examine the Maine Caucuses, taking place over the next week, as well as Tuesday’s Colorado and Minnesota caucuses. Participants numbered in the tens of thousands during the super committee’s first two live broadcast events.

“Ron Paul placed second in Nevada in 2008, and he’s only grown his wellspring of support in the Silver State since that time,” explains Revolution PAC Chairman Gary Franchi. “Clearly, the caucus process favors a candidate with a fervent following, like Rep. Paul, and Revolution PAC is thrilled to again be on the front lines Saturday in covering what is certain to be an invigorating outcome for the grassroots.”

Live election analysis will be provided Saturday via Skype by Revolution PAC’s Nevada correspondents, author and founder of the Blue Republican movement Robin Koerner, author and esteemed Austrian Economist Walter Block, and political writer and Republican Liberty Caucus Chairman Dave Nalle. An in-studio panel will field viewers’ Twitter and chat room queries and break down the most important issues in the race to the Republican National Convention in August.

Revolution PAC’s first-of-its-kind webcast January 21 followed the super committee’s call for a nationwide boycott of cable/network outlets, which have exhibited consistent reporting bias against Rep. Paul. On-the-ground reports suggest that at least one network – CNN – has moved with some damage control, reassigning correspondent Dana Bash from Ron Paul campaign coverage following subjective statements raised by Revolution PAC.

“While corporate media conspires to consolidate support behind its preferred candidate, ‘We the People’ must work harder and more creatively to have our voice heard,” continues Franchi. “Bottom line, delegates are the key to winning the Republican nomination. CNN and Fox won’t give you the straight story on that process. Revolution PAC will.”

The latest USA Today/Gallup Poll shows Ron Paul and Mitt Romney as the only Republican contenders competitive against Barack Obama in November.

Revolution PAC is supporting U.S. Rep. Ron Paul’s bid for the Republican presidential nomination and his consistent, constitutional message with targeted TV advertising, direct mail campaigns and innovative Web promotions complemented by billboards and radio ads in key primary states. Unlimited donations by individuals, businesses and organizations are being accepted by Revolution PAC to support that effort.

Ron Paul Releases Economic ‘Plan to Restore Nevada’

Commonsense plan offers Nevada the tools and relief needed to thrive

HENDERSON, Nevada– 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul released today a simple yet innovative ‘Plan to Restore Nevada’ to help Nevada get out from under its unfortunate standing as a leader in joblessness, housing foreclosure, and federal interference.

“Ron Paul is the only candidate with a serious plan to help Nevada with its pressing problems and make it number one in all the right categories, rather than a leader in housing foreclosures and joblessness.  It reinforces the idea that Dr. Paul’s economic vision for America, based on returning authority to the people and the states, is the right prescription for our economic ills and indeed it can bring about lasting, sustainable prosperity,” said Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton.

The plan helps Nevada residents, workers, retirees, debtors, home buyers, homeowners including those facing foreclosure, job-creators like the tourism industry, federal land ownership victims, and other stakeholders renew the Silver State’s economy and sovereignty after decades of disastrous Washington interference.

The five key elements of the ‘Plan to Restore Nevada’ include:

1.      Restoring Nevada’s Job Market
2.      Restoring the Housing Market
3.      Restoring Tipped-Worker Wages
4.      Restoring a Common Sense Visa System
5.      Giving Nevada Back To Nevadans

Full plan details are available by clicking here.
